Answers to the questions we actually get. If yours isn't here, email support@learningarchitectures.com — a real person reads and replies to every message.
Go to Get your design and log in (or create an account) with a paid plan, then fill out the intake form describing the challenge and audience. Submit it, and generation starts right away — you'll get a link to a status page where you can watch progress and review the result yourself, usually within minutes.
Yes. Create an account with your email and a password at login.html — that's what generating a design, searching for a facilitator, and claiming a business case all require. There's no magic link anymore; if you forget your password, use "Forgot password" on the login page to reset it.
Usually a few minutes. The status page shows real progress through each stage (diagnosis, framework selection, module detail, drafting, scoring, and building your presentation) rather than a generic spinner, so you can see exactly where it is.
A first-draft learning design as an editable Word document, a companion PowerPoint presentation, and a program-architecture workbook in Excel — all built from your specific inputs, not a generic template.
Yes — every paid account includes up to 2 revisions within 60 days of delivery. From your results page, describe what you'd like changed and we regenerate the affected parts (not necessarily the whole thing) automatically.
Use a revision first if you have one available — most issues are fixable that way. If something reads as genuinely broken rather than "needs your judgment as a practitioner," email us directly; we review these individually. See our Refund Policy for the specifics.
Yes. On Pro, add an expert architect review to any design for $299 per design, paid upfront on top of your subscription (not pro-rated) — tick it at the end of your intake, or add it later from your results page. Without a subscription, buy one architect-reviewed design for $499: fill in the form once, your design generates, and a copy plus your intake goes to our architect team. Either way a named learning architect validates the diagnosis, checks every citation against its source, upgrades anything generic, tightens the observable-behaviour measures and baselines, and signs the rationale — delivered 5–10 business days from payment. Our team of experienced architects comes from top business schools and consulting organisations. See pricing for exactly what's included. A programme designed from a blank page is a separate quoted engagement — just ask.
We're in a founding-cohort phase: the first 200 members lock in a founding rate that never increases for as long as they stay subscribed. See Pricing for the actual numbers, or the pricing FAQ for how the founding offer and billing work in detail.
There's no free subscription, but a meaningful amount is free: the coaching tool's frameworks (no account needed), and browsing every case in the business case library — including its summary and details. Logging in (still free, no charge) unlocks unlimited coaching-tool practice rounds. Generating your own custom design, downloading a full business case, and the facilitator directory are on a paid plan.
See our full Refund Policy — the short version is a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, no questions asked, as long as you haven't downloaded your files yet. Architect reviews and architect-reviewed designs are covered separately there.
Pro includes 8 program diagnoses a month. If you're generating at higher volume on an ongoing basis, email support@learningarchitectures.com — pricing above that is arranged around your actual usage, same as team/agency accounts.
Yes — organization accounts support inviting teammates and applying your own logo/brand colors to generated deliverables. See My team once you're signed in.
Once you've received at least one completed design, Find Facilitators & Partners becomes available from your account — a searchable directory matched to your program's topics and region.
Check the top-right of the nav on any page — it reads "My designs" instead of "Log in" once you have a valid session. If you're not sure, My designs itself will prompt you to log in only if you actually need to.
Go to login.html and use "Forgot password." We'll email a reset link; if you started that from a specific page (like Get your design), following the link takes you right back there once your password's reset.
Every paid account includes one business case, included at no extra cost. If you want additional cases beyond your included one, email support@learningarchitectures.com.
No — the diagnostic frameworks and one free live-practice round are open to anyone at coach-tool.html, no login required. Logging in (still free) unlocks unlimited practice rounds across every stage.
A free-text conversation against a simulated client stakeholder, so you can rehearse a real diagnostic conversation before you're in front of an actual client — separate from the tool's fixed multiple-choice branches. Each round runs up to 6 exchanges, then you can end it to get feedback on what you surfaced and what to try differently next time.

We don't handle raw payment details ourselves — subscription checkout runs through Razorpay, so your card details go to them, never to us. Account access uses a securely hashed password and an HttpOnly session cookie, not anything stored in the page itself. See our Security Policy for the full picture, or email support@learningarchitectures.com to report a concern.
