Acceptable Use Policy

This describes what you agree not to do when using ProgramArchitect, the Diagnostic Conversation Coach, or any related tool, in addition to (not instead of) the rules in our Terms of Service.

1. Don't abuse the systems that keep this affordable

Every AI-generation call costs us real money per use, which is why several routes (design generation, the landing-page preview, transcript extraction, login/access-code requests) are rate-limited per connection and per email. Don't attempt to circumvent those limits — by rotating IP addresses, creating multiple accounts to work around a cap, scripting repeated requests, or any similar method. If a real limit is genuinely blocking legitimate use, email us; we'd rather adjust a threshold than have you work around it.

2. Don't misuse the access-code / free-cohort system

During the current founder-cohort phase, access codes are issued per person for real use of the product. Don't share, sell, publish, or systematically request codes for the purpose of reselling or redistributing access.

3. Don't attack or probe the service beyond good-faith security research

Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, organization, or generated designs; don't attempt to extract, scrape, or bulk-download data you don't have a right to; don't run vulnerability scanners or load-testing tools against production without our prior agreement. Good-faith security research conducted per our Security page's responsible-disclosure guidelines is welcome and is not a violation of this policy.

4. Don't submit content you don't have the right to submit

Don't paste call transcripts, participant data, or business information into the intake form or coaching tool that you don't have the right to share with us, or that violates someone else's privacy or confidentiality. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit — see our Terms for the full allocation of responsibility for generated output.

5. Don't use the service to build a competing product

Don't use ProgramArchitect to systematically extract our prompts, frameworks, vendor library, or facilitator directory for the purpose of building or training a competing product or service.

6. What happens if this policy is violated

Depending on severity, we may warn you, temporarily suspend access, revoke an access code, or permanently terminate access — consistent with the termination terms in our Terms of Service. We'll always try to reach out first for anything short of active abuse or a security threat.
