This explains what cookies ProgramArchitect — operated by Allied Circle, doing business as Learning Architectures — sets when you visit, why, and how to change your choice at any time. See also our Privacy Policy, which covers data handling more broadly.
Three categories, and only three:
| Type | What it's for | Your choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in on My designs and organization pages (a single session cookie, pa_session). The site can't function without this one — there's no tracking or analytics purpose to it. | Not optional — it's set automatically when you sign in, and only then. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics (GA4), to understand which pages get visited and which buttons get clicked, in aggregate. It does not read the content of your form responses, transcripts, or generated designs. | Your choice — see the banner and the toggle below. |
| Advertising measurement | The Meta pixel, so we can measure whether our own ads and posts on Facebook and Instagram actually bring anyone here, and show follow-up ads to people who have already visited. It records that a visit happened and which page — it does not read your form responses, transcripts, or generated designs, and we do not upload customer lists to Meta. | Your choice — it loads on exactly the same consent as analytics, from the same banner and toggle below. |
That's the complete list. We want to be straight about the third one, because an earlier version of this page said this site carried no advertising pixels at all: as of 9 September 2026 it does. We advertise this product on Facebook and Instagram, and the Meta pixel is how we tell whether that spend is doing anything. What has not changed is the part that matters — nothing loads until you accept, declining genuinely means it is never requested, and there are still no cookies here that read your content, no data brokers, and no selling of anything about you.
On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page asks whether analytics and advertising cookies can be set. Nothing loads before you answer — neither the Google Analytics script nor the Meta pixel is even requested from your browser until you click Accept. Both sit behind the same single gate in the page's own code, so there is no path by which one loads and the other doesn't. Decline, and neither is ever loaded; only the strictly-necessary session cookie (and only if you actually sign in) is ever set.
Your choice is remembered in your browser (via localStorage) so you're not asked again on every page. It's per-browser and per-device — if you switch browsers or clear site data, you'll see the banner again.
Turning analytics off here takes effect immediately on this page and on every page you visit next in this browser.
Two third parties ever receive cookie-related data from this site, and only after you've accepted. Google Analytics, whose processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy; and Meta Platforms, via the Meta pixel, governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and, for the advertising-measurement data specifically, Meta's Business Tools Terms. Neither receives the content you type into this site.
