These terms govern your use of ProgramArchitect — the Diagnostic Conversation Coach coaching tool and the program design generation service — both operated by Allied Circle, doing business as Learning Architectures ("we," "us," "our"), registered at 177, Secunderabad, India. By using either, you agree to these terms.
ProgramArchitect is two connected things. The Diagnostic Conversation Coach is a free tool that teaches leadership-development frameworks and lets you rehearse diagnostic client conversations. The design generator is a paid service: you describe a leadership-development challenge (by filling in a form, uploading a call transcript, or recording a conversation live in your browser), and our system — built on Anthropic's Claude models — produces a first-draft program design as a Word document, a presentation deck, and a program architecture spreadsheet.
ProgramArchitect is currently in a founding-cohort phase (the "Founding 200"). Access to the design generator is by paid subscription, bought through self-serve checkout on the pricing page; team and enterprise accounts are set up directly with us. Founding-cohort pricing is billed monthly, quarterly, or annually and locked in at whatever rate you join at, for as long as your subscription stays active — current pricing, cadence options, and what's included are always shown on the pricing page, which is the source of truth rather than a fixed number restated here. Where access is set up directly with us instead, this pricing applies the same way.
You own the program design we generate for you — the Word document, the deck, and the architecture spreadsheet are yours to use, edit, brand, and deliver to your own clients without attribution to us. What we retain ownership of is everything underneath the output: our prompts, frameworks, pattern library, software, and the ProgramArchitect name and branding. Using the service doesn't give you a license to any of that beyond the specific design it produces for you.
You're responsible for what you type into the form, upload as a transcript, or say while recording a conversation through the tool. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share — a call transcript from a client engagement should be handled the way your own confidentiality obligations to that client require. Our Privacy Policy covers how that content is stored and used.
The design generator produces a genuine first draft, not a finished, client-ready deliverable. It's built to name its own assumptions, flag open questions, and score its own design strength specifically so you review it — not so you skip reviewing it. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and applying your own professional judgment to anything ProgramArchitect generates before you present or deliver it to a client. We make no guarantee that any generated design is accurate, complete, or fit for a specific client's situation.
Alongside the generator we sell two paid human services: an architect review of one of your designs (for subscribers, charged per design in addition to your subscription and not pro-rated) and an architect-reviewed design (per design, no subscription required). Both are paid upfront; current prices are always shown on the pricing page and at checkout. An experienced learning architect from our team reviews, redesigns and signs off the AI-generated design — validating the diagnosis, framework fit and citations, and upgrading generic sections and the measurement plan — within 5–10 business days of payment (for an architect-reviewed design, of your submitted form). It does not include designing a program from a blank page, facilitator scripts, or more than one revision round. To do the work, we share your generated design and the information you submitted with the architect assigned to it, who may use it only for that work. You own the reviewed design on the same basis as Section 3. Refunds for these services are covered by Section 4 of our Refund Policy.
Once you've received a design, ProgramArchitect gives you access to a searchable directory of facilitators, academicians, practitioners, and experiential-learning partners, built from information found via public web search — publicly available professional information such as institutional pages and public profiles. This directory is informational only. We don't vet, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, current affiliation, or willingness to engage of anyone listed, and being listed doesn't mean we have a partnership or business relationship with that person. Any outreach you make to someone in the directory is between you and them — we're not a party to it, we don't broker or facilitate the engagement, and we're not responsible for how it goes.
You agree not to scrape, bulk-export, or republish the directory, and not to use it for unsolicited mass outreach (spam) to the people listed in it. If you're contacted by someone about being listed, or you believe an entry is inaccurate, direct them to support@learningarchitectures.com — see the Privacy Policy, Section 6, for how we handle correction and removal requests.
See our Refund Policy for the full details. In short: subscription payments carry a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, as long as you haven't yet downloaded your generated deliverables; architect reviews and architect-reviewed designs are covered separately (see Section 6).
ProgramArchitect is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet any particular standard. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning Architectures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on a generated design or on your use of the Find Facilitators & Partners directory. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the access in question.
We can suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including abuse of the access-code or rate-limiting systems, or misuse of the Find Facilitators & Partners directory. You can stop using the service at any time; see the Refund Policy for what that means for any payment already made.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of ProgramArchitect after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ProgramArchitect is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you're using ProgramArchitect from the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction that gives consumers mandatory local protections, this clause doesn't take those protections away — it governs where a dispute is heard, not whether protections your home jurisdiction guarantees you still apply.
