This describes what ProgramArchitect — operated by Allied Circle, doing business as Learning Architectures, registered at 177, Secunderabad, India — collects when you use the Diagnostic Conversation Coach or the design generator, why, and who else touches it.

We don't use anything you submit to train our own models. Content is processed through Anthropic's API under Anthropic's standard commercial terms, which by default do not use API content to train Anthropic's models either — see Anthropic's own privacy policy for the current, authoritative statement of that. If your engagement requires a stronger contractual guarantee here (a zero-data-retention agreement, for example), contact us before submitting client-confidential material.
We retain your submissions, uploaded transcripts, and generated files for up to one year from the date they were created, whether or not your subscription is still active — this is so a generated design remains available to you to re-download for a reasonable period, not tied to your billing status. After that year, they're deleted unless you ask us to delete them sooner, which you can do at any time — see Section 9.
Once you've received a design, you can search a directory of facilitators, academicians, practitioners, and experiential-learning partners by region and teaching/practice area. This section covers the data about those individuals — not data about you.
The directory is built from two sources: our own professional network, and information found via public web search (institutional faculty pages, public professional profiles, and similar publicly available sources). We do not have a partnership, business relationship, or consent from most of the individuals listed, and a listing is not an endorsement of ProgramArchitect by that person or a claim that they work with us. We deliberately never collect or store email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct contact details for anyone in the directory — only name, professional affiliation, publicly stated teaching or practice areas, general location, and sometimes a public LinkedIn URL.
The directory is refreshed periodically as our source data is updated. If you are listed in it and want your entry corrected or removed, or you have any other feedback on it, email support@learningarchitectures.com — we act on these requests directly.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — which pages get visited, which buttons get clicked, in aggregate. This sets cookies and collects general device/browser information; it does not use the content of your form responses or transcripts.
We also use the Meta pixel, added on 9 September 2026, to measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram brings anyone to this site and to show follow-up ads to people who have already visited. It records that a visit happened and which page; like Google Analytics it does not use the content of your form responses, transcripts, or generated designs, and we do not upload customer lists to Meta.
Both sit behind the same consent gate: neither is requested by your browser until you accept on the cookie banner, and declining means neither is ever loaded. Our Cookie Policy sets out exactly what each one does and how to change your choice later.
Allied Circle (operating as Learning Architectures) is based in India, but several of our subprocessors (including Anthropic and Netlify) process data on infrastructure located outside India, including in the United States. By using ProgramArchitect, you consent to your data being processed in those locations under the terms of this policy.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) is being phased in — its data-principal rights and processing obligations aren't legally in force yet as of this policy's last-updated date above, but we've written this policy in preparation for them rather than waiting until they take effect. If you're in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with its own data-protection law, the rights in Section 9 are also intended to work as the equivalent request mechanism under that law, even though this isn't a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction legal compliance statement.
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data and submission content we hold about you at any time by emailing support@learningarchitectures.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 days. If you are an individual listed in the Find Facilitators & Partners directory rather than a ProgramArchitect user, see Section 6 for how to request a correction or removal.
ProgramArchitect is a professional tool for L&D practitioners and consultants. It isn't directed at, and we don't knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access-controlled infrastructure via our hosting and database providers — to protect the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes materially, particularly once self-serve payment processing goes live and adds a new subprocessor.
