Founding-200 access to ProgramArchitect's design generator is a recurring subscription, billed monthly, quarterly, or annually — current pricing and cadence options are always shown on the pricing page, and locked in at whatever rate you join at per the terms there. We also sell two one-off human services — an architect review (per design, for subscribers) and an architect-reviewed design (no subscription) — which are covered separately in Section 4. Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
Generating a design runs real AI processing the moment you submit it, so the line we draw is simple: if you decide it's not for you before you've downloaded your generated .docx, .pptx, or .xlsx, your first payment is refunded in full, every time.
Request a refund any time within 14 days of your first payment, as long as you haven't clicked download on your generated deliverables yet. It's processed in full, no explanation required, and your subscription is canceled at the same time.
Once you've downloaded a generated design, we can't offer an automatic refund on that payment — the point of a first draft is that it's meant to be used, and by then you have the deliverable you paid for. That said, if the design genuinely missed the mark — the wrong framework, a design that ignored your stated constraints, something that reads as broken rather than "needs practitioner judgment" — email us. We review these individually and will make it right where we reasonably can, up to and including a refund, but it isn't guaranteed the way the 14-day window is.
Cancel any time by emailing us — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Canceling stops future billing as of your next renewal date; it doesn't retroactively refund payments already made outside the 14-day window above. You keep access, and can keep generating and downloading, through the end of the period you already paid for.
These are paid upfront and are a person's work rather than an automated draft, so the 14-day guarantee above doesn't apply to them. The architect review is charged in addition to your subscription and isn't pro-rated; canceling your subscription doesn't change it. If we miss the delivery date we committed to (10 business days from payment, or from your submitted form for an architect-reviewed design), email us — you can then choose to wait for delivery or take a full refund of that review or design. If something else isn't right with one, email us and we'll look at it with you individually.
